£10m + Surgery Investment Deals Completed by Banks Long & Co
Acting for private investment clients, Banks Long & Co has so far this year completed the acquisition of a number of surgery investments across the U K with total value in excess of £10,000,000.
Tim Bradford, Partner of Banks Long & Co, represented the private clients and explained "over the past few years, I have become familiar with the GP Surgery investment sector through developing new schemes and working closely with GPs, PCTs and the Valuation Office. This investment sector is not everyone's 'cup of tea' but once the basic fundamentals are understood these investments provide Government backed income at yields of between 6% to 7%.
Tim concluded "we have a number of deals in solicitors hands at present and are always on the look out for new opportunities."
