3 retailers including Blue Salamander, CEX Limited and Maya are coming to Lincoln.
Despite the uncertain economic climate which has badly affected consumer spending, Banks Long & Co are pleased to report that 3 new retailers will very shortly be opening in advance of the important Christmas trading period.
Acting on behalf of the landlords of a unit on St Benedicts Square, this firm has negotiated a letting of a unit to a multiple fashion jewellery retailer, Maya. This is the companies 4th unit after York, Chester and Windsor.
The second company shortly coming to Lincoln are computer game and electronic retailer CEX Limited who have over 50 units in the High Street and shopping centre locations throughout the country. This firm acted on behalf of the tenants at 1 St Peter at Arches, FCUK in the transaction which involved the landlords accepting a surrender of the current lease and the re-grant of a new lease for a term of 10 years to CEX Limited.
Fashion retailer, Blue Salamander are the 3rd retailer to have taken a unit in the City. They have taken a premises situated at the northern end of Lincoln High Street which has become popular over recent years as a quality fashion pitch amongst independent retailers. Nearby retailers include Agathas, Whites and Spinning Wheel. It is the companies 3rd unit after Milton Keynes and Glasgow.
