Bank Expansion
Acting on behalf of National Australia Group trading as Yorkshire Bank, Banks Long & Co Surveyors have acquired Grade A office premises at Regatta House, Henley Business Park in Lincoln.
The new premises will be fully fitted out as a commercial banking centre increasing the representation of Yorkshire Bank in Lincolnshire following relocation from their existing City Centre premises above their branch on Guildhall Street.
Commenting on the deal, William Wall of Banks Long & Co adds, “We were commissioned to carry out a detailed review of high specification offices in the Lincoln area and following a number of inspections Henley Business Park and in particular, Regatta House were identified as being ideal due to the quality of specification and range of complementary neighbouring occupiers, such as the Crown Prosecution Service and Duncan & Toplis Accountants.”
Managing Partner of Yorkshire Bank in Lincoln, Chris Ibbotson states, “We are very pleased with the new premises and are confident that our clients will view this relocation and expansion as a sign of our commitment to the City and County.
