Banks Long & Co. Chartered Surveyors

On 11 August 2011 Banks Long & Co  changed from a partnership structure to become a limited company. 

This change of structure coincides with the retirement of Peter Banks who will continue working full time for the business as a Consultant.

Partners, Trevor Smelt, Tim Bradford, William Wall and James Butcher will become Directors. 

Building Surveyor, Simon Bridge has been promoted to Director level.

Tim Bradford comments:

“Other than the change of company structure, it will be business as usual at Banks Long & Co.  We are delighted that Simon Bridge has reached Director level; he has worked hard to deliver quality building surveying and project management services alongside Trevor Smelt.”
