Cartergate Quarter Regeneration – Grimsby
Proposed transformation of key development area in Grimsby Town Centre.
Lincolnshire based building and development companies, Lindum Group Ltd and M F Strawson Ltd have been selected by North East Lincolnshire Council to deliver a mixed use scheme on the 1.5 acre Cartergate Quarter site on the fringe of Grimsby Town Centre. Tim Bradford, partner of Banks Long & Co who is acting as development consultant to the joint venture said:
“Our proposals will totally transform this underused and rundown site which sits at a gateway entrance into the Town from the south and west. Improvements to the public realm around and within the site, including the delivery of a new square, Newbridge Place, will allow office, retail, hotel and leisure uses to be introduced and produce a new destination for the Town Centre.”
