Dental Surgery Investment Sales in Louth and Skegness
Acting on behalf of a private investor client, this Practice has arranged the sale of two dental surgery investments in Louth and Skegness.
Both properties are let to Petrie Tucker & Partners Limited, a subsidiary of Integrated Dental Holdings Plc, the largest provider of NHS dental services in the Country. Both properties were sold to the same purchaser, a private investor, at a combined purchase price of £307,000. Based on the total current income from both properties of £26,000, the purchase price reflected a net initial yield of 8.16%.
