Agents Banks Long & Co and NG Nattrass Giles have commenced marketing of a significant manufacturing facility to the north of Nottingham at Redhill
The property will shortly be vacated by Magal Metallifacture who were founded in central Nottingham in the 1930’s and relocated to the site in 1967. Whilst manufacturing at the auto part production facility will move to other bases both inside and outside the UK, it is hoped that a replacement occupier will be secured shortly to generate new employment at the site.
