Employment Success in Nettleham
Acting on behalf of Lincoln Corn Exchange & Markets (1991) Limited, Banks Long & Co Chartered Surveyors, have secured another new letting at 22 The Green, a successful courtyard office complex behind JGQC Solicitors at the heart of Nettleham village.
Salon Rouge Hairdressing Studio and Training Centre have relocated to Unit 4 from their previous premises on Tritton Road.
Local businessmen, Nigel Falgate and Brian Jones, established the company over 5 years ago, expanding dramatically in the intervening period. As a result they have relocated to these larger new premises enabling them to operate both a Hairdressing Studio and an advanced training centre for young hairdressers. The venture has gained the national status of a L'Oreal Academy.
Commenting on the move, Nigel Falgate explains, 'we know Nettleham well and saw that there was a gap in the market for top quality hair styling in this wonderful village. We are also keen to give something back to the local community and economy and have set a centre of excellence for the Lincoln area. We are very grateful to the landlords and West Lindsey District Council for their insight into backing the venture and we are confident that this will be of huge benefit to Nettleham, complementing its existing range of amenities. Above all, we believe in looking after people.'
Letting Agent Matthew Good adds, 'there is now a real community atmosphere on the development as a result of a number of recent viewings. New additions to The Green also include Lark Rise Care and ESH Consulting. We now only have two units remaining, with advanced discussions ongoing on one of those.'
