Lincoln’s Shopping Range Extended
Construction work is underway on the site of the former Booker Cash and Carry premises on Valentine Road off Tritton Road in Lincoln, which will see the introduction of a new retailer "The Range" to the City.
The Landlord's agents, Banks Long & Co also report that terms have been agreed with another expanding retailer for the remainder of the space which is being built.

We have worked closely with Booker to relocate them to Sadler Road, the Council to facilitate the new scheme which will provide over 6,000 sq m of new bulky goods retail warehouse space and tenants who have not only recognised the strength of the location but also the strength of the city as a sub regional retail destination.”
The Range hope to move into their new retail units, extending to over 5,000 sq m on two floors with a garden centre before Christmas. The Range have 45 stores nationwide and are one of the few retailers expanding in the current testing market conditions.
