Acting on behalf of Lodgeday Management Limited, Banks Long & Co have secured the sale of modern office premises at The Point development in Lincoln to expanding local business, 360e Limited.
360e were formed in 2004 and specialise in ICT and E-business related consultancy, project management and commercial IT training.
The company has been based in Lincoln since their beginnings, however they work with many organisations across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside, East Anglia and the South East.
Director, John Owens comments: " in spite of the challenging economic conditions our business has continued to grow over the last two years, so much so that we needed to relocate to these self-contained modern premises. The location, which is accessible to both the city centre and the wider road network via the A46 also provides our customers with access to a range of neighbouring facilties to include hotels, restaurants, pubs and even a gym. We therefore see the acquisition of these premises as setting important foundations for our business to grow over coming years."
