New Franchise for Dennis Horton & Son Limited
In a deal that emphasises the returning confidence to both the local motortrade and property sectors, Banks Long have secured the off-market letting of car delearship premises at Gateway Park, South Hykeham to successful local business Dennis Horton and Son Limited.
Dennis Horton & Son Ltd were founded by Dennis and Mary Horton at Washingborough, Lincoln in 1954. They remain an independant family owned dealership and are one of the longest serving Skoda dealerships in the country, having held the franchise since 1990.
Having regard to the continued success of the nearby dealership at Kingsley Road Lincoln, the company have won the Lincoln SEAT franchise and will operate this from the new premises, which are to be refurbished and extended.
