New Neighbourhood Shopping Centre for Skirbeck Road, Boston
Work is about to begin shortly on a new Neighbourhood Shopping Scheme on Skirbeck Road, Boston.
The scheme is being developed by Lincolnshire Co-operative Limited and will comprise of a new Lincolnshire Co-op Foodstore, and 3 smaller units, one of which has been pre-let to Domino Pizza. The letting agents on the scheme are Banks Long & Co. Matthew Brooks who is dealing with the marketing at the firm says:
“Since Planning has been obtained for a new Lincolnshire Co-op foodstore and three adjacent retail units along Skirbeck Road, Boston, we have been pleased with the high level of interest in the two available units, with both the Co-op and Domino’s being very attractive draws for other prospective tenants”.
Domino’s have signed up on a long term lease and the feedback we have received is that they are confident that they will trade well from the premises and will benefit from the footfall generated from the new 4,000 sq ft Co-op store.
We believe that the development will be a great success and as a result of signing up a national tenant such as Domino’s, we are confident that the two remaining units will be let shortly and that the centre will provide an attractive and welcome shopping experience for local residents and the students of Boston College, located opposite this site.
