New Network 46 Deal
Acting of behalf of James Dawson & Son Limited, Banks Long & Co have acquired a new distribution facility at the burgeoning Network 46 Business Park at Swinderby near Lincoln.
The 17,500 sq ft warehouse has been acquired to compliment their main facility on Tritton Road in Lincoln, being conveniently located on the A46 dual carriageway, a short distance from the A1 at Newark.
William Wall of Banks Long & Co comments, “Our clients asked us to source a new logistics centre ancillary to their production facility and having considered a range of options in and around Lincoln, the location and quality of accommodation at Network 46 was deemed ideal to suit their purposes. Having previously provided advice to the Danwood Group Limited on their neighbouring 100,000 sq ft facility, we were very comfortable with both the existing development and its proposals for expansion.”
GVA Grimley of Birmingham acted on behalf of the landlords in handling the letting.
