New Partner as Banks Long & Co Celebrates 20th Anniversary

Lincoln based firm of Chartered Surveyors, Banks Long & Co are pleased to announce that James Butcher has become a Partner of the practice with effect from 1st January 2010.
James’ appointment coincides with the 20th anniversary of Banks Long & Co.
Partner, Tim Bradford said “We are pleased that James has accepted our invitation to join the partnership. James has been with the firm since 1996 after working for Innes England in Nottingham and Chesterton in Birmingham. Our business has continued to go from strength to strength, even during the recent difficult period. We are now celebrating our 20th anniversary and have a staff of over 20 with five Partners, two Associates and four staff surveyors.
Commenting on his Partnership, James Butcher said: “I am delighted to become a Partner of Banks Long & Co. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 and have been an Associate of the practice since 2003. My main area of expertise is within the retail sector where I am involved with the sale, letting and acquisition of properties throughout Lincolnshire and the wider East Midlands area but I am also involved with the sale and acquisition of residential development land and the valuation of all types of commercial, residential and development property throughout Lincolnshire, Humberside and Nottinghamshire.”
James is married with two children and enjoys most sports but in particular rugby, cricket, running and cycling.
