The Sleep Shop open new premises on Wragby Road
Acting on behalf of Lincoln Corn Exchange and Markets (1991) Limited (a subsidiary company of the Lincolnshire Cooperative Limited), Banks Long & Co have completed the letting of 322 Wragby Road in Lincoln within three months of introducing the unit to the market.
John Gouldthorp, who put the deal together confirmed that FGS Furnishings Limited have taken the unit extending to 239.07 sq m (2,573 sq ft) on a new five year lease. FGS Furnishings who will trade as ‘The Sleep Shop’ are a family owned furnishings company based in Sleaford and will be relocating from their High Street premises.
John Gouldthorp comments ‘this letting will help the tenant to expand their business and the size of this unit will allow them to carry a full range of stock. It was important to secure a new tenant within three months of the property becoming vacant in order to avoid the landlord having to pay empty rates on the property. This unit is in close proximity to the Carlton Centre and along with Majestic Wine Warehouse this letting will help to improve the current tenant mix on the south side of Wragby Road.
