Software Firm Relocates
Acting on behalf of Alphateck Limited, Banks Long & Co Surveyors and FHP have secured the letting of a modern first floor office suite at Landmark House, Alpha Court in Lincoln.
The suite has been taken by Integrity Software Solutions Limited, who previously occupied premises on nearby Whisby Way.
Commenting on the deal William Wall of Banks Long & Co adds, “We are pleased to have completed what will become an important letting for Landmark House, setting the bar as to the quality of future tenants in the building. On the back of this letting we have now also been able to enter into detailed discussions with two other parties and are hopeful of instructing solicitors on the further lettings in the very near future.”
