Sports Pavillion Expansion
Acting on behalf of Greetwell Developments Limited, Banks Long and Co's Building Surveyors have recently overseen the extension to the Lincoln City Football Club training ground at The Carlton Centre development in the north east of the City.
The extension comprises a new, larger changing room, an ice bath, gymnasium, Physio's treatment room and offices for the Manager and coaching staff. Also included was refurbishment of the catering facilities on the site, allowing for the increase in the amount of players using the facility. The improvement to the training facility has not only benefited the Club but also the local community as junior sports teams can also make use of the facilities and the sports pitches at the training ground.
