Banks Long & Co acted on behalf of the Landlords, Castle Square Developments, in the letting of this unit to national tile retailer Tile Giant.
Part of the Travis Perkins Group, the company have over 90 Stores nationwide and are the fastest growing tile and flooring retailer in the country. They are open to both trade and the general public, so the prominent position on Tritton Road is ideal for them.
