Woodhall Spa Acquisition
Acting on behalf of a private client, Banks Long & Co have acquired Stafford Vere Court on The Broadway in Woodhall Spa from F A Would Limited.
The property, which was formerly a nursing home, has been converted into ten high quality apartments. The new owners intend retaining a number of these to rent out and disposing of the remainder on long leases.
